Shop Shop TnT is an online shopping website catering for customers who may not have the time to go grocery shopping or just simply prefer to remain at home while having a professional service cater to their preference.
We have partnered with established supermarkets and produce vendors to provide a mixture of basic food items as well as fresh vegetables and produce to supply our customers.
SAFETY AND HYGIENE
Our model takes into consideration safety for our customers and our
delivery personnel. We adopt stringent safety and health/hygiene standards
throughout our entire operation.
PAYMENT
Transactions are conducted via our secure website with encrypted payment gateways thereby providing security for each transaction processed via Credit Cards. We also accept payments via Online Banking Transfers to our Republic or Scotia Bank Accounts. For minor additional payment adjustments which may arise after orders are processed, we can conduct LINX processing upon delivery.
For online Banking Transfers, payments must be verified with our bankers before we proceed with the order process.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH FOR ANY TRANSACTION.
DELIVERY SERVICE
Our shopping experience includes integrated delivery service which operates on Mondays through Saturdays unless otherwise stated.
Orders completed before 11am on any given day will be processed and scheduled to be delivered on the same day, except on Sundays and public holidays.
Orders completed after 11am will be processed and scheduled to be delivered on the next delivery day.
Our scheduled delivery period on any given day ranges from 1:00pm to 7:00pm.
WE WILL NOT SCHEDULE ANY DELIVERY OR CALL CUSTOMERS AFTER 7:00PM REGARDING DELIVERY.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
It is our aim to provide quality shopping experience for all our customers.
As is practical, we provide exact product description for items by detailing
specification and images so that customers can visualize what they are
purchasing. In some instances, images
and additional specifications may not be readily available, In such cases, we advise
our customers to contact us for any clarification regarding items.
